Inople is a software and AI engineering company working remotely from India with clients in the United States, the United Kingdom and Africa. Its leadership has run banking platforms across APAC, EMEA and Southeast Asia, built EV charging platforms and factory ERPs, and shipped an AI product that was selected for Karnataka’s Elevate 2024 startup grant.

Subramanya designs products where AI and regulation meet. He led paperless branch banking and loan origination systems that cut issuance from 40 minutes to under 5, built AI site-governance and tender tools for construction firms, and created TargetGrid, the autonomous AI sales platform selected as one of 101 startups for the Government of Karnataka’s Elevate 2024 grant.
