The advice sits alongside our engineering work, so the product you scope is one we know how to build. We built TargetGrid as our own product and took it through Karnataka’s Elevate grant selection, so we have done this ourselves.
Can you help us work out the business model?
Inople helps founders lay out the revenue model, unit economics and go-to-market plan, and set up a company structure that will not need undoing when they raise. The goal is a model you can defend in front of an investor, with the numbers worked through rather than assumed.
How do you decide what goes into an MVP?
MVP scoping starts with which features customers will pay for and which ones are drag. Inople helps founders cut the product down to the smallest version that proves the idea, then builds it on a stack that will not need to be thrown away when the first customers arrive.
Do you help with pitch decks and fundraising?
Yes. Inople helps founders build pitch decks on real numbers, plan investor outreach, and prepare for term sheet discussions and due diligence. Because we also build software, we can make the product and technology sections of a deck credible to technical investors.
Which grants and loans can you help with?
For India-registered startups, Inople helps with applications for SIDBI loans, Startup India schemes, the Karnataka Elevate program and incubator programs. These are Indian programs. TargetGrid went through Elevate selection in 2024, so we know what the reviewers look for.
Is this advice or engineering?
Startup advisory at Inople is advice that sits alongside engineering. Some founders only want help with the model and the deck. Others want the MVP scoped and then built by the same team, which saves the cost of explaining the product twice.

No. Advisory and engineering are separate. You can use one without the other.
Are the grant programs open to companies outside India?
SIDBI, Startup India and Elevate are Indian programs for India-registered companies. For startups elsewhere, we focus on the business model, MVP and fundraising work.
Can you write our pitch deck for us?
We work on it with you. The story has to be yours, and we make sure the numbers and the product sections hold up.

Mostly pre-seed to early growth, when the business model and the first product decisions matter most.

Yes. TargetGrid is our own AI sales platform, and it was selected as one of 101 startups for the Government of Karnataka's Elevate 2024 grant.
