Custom software and AI products for US companies.

Inople builds custom software and AI products for US startups and growing companies, including lenders, fintechs and charge point operators whose software has to pass a security review. We design systems around SOC 2-aligned controls, the GLBA Safeguards Rule, PCI DSS and state privacy laws, and we deliver remotely from India with planned overlap with US working hours.

What does Inople build for US companies?

Inople builds lending and onboarding platforms, payments integrations, OCPP charging backends, field and manufacturing ERPs, and AI features such as document extraction and agents. US clients usually come to us for a system that has to work inside a regulated or operational environment, not for a marketing site or a prototype.

Banking and fintech
Loan origination, eKYC onboarding, sanctions screening, card and collections systems.
EV charging
OCPP backends, driver apps, wallet billing and dynamic pricing for charge point operators.
Industrial
Mobile-first ERPs for construction and manufacturing, plus AI tender and document processing.
AI development
Agents, retrieval over your documents, and OCR pipelines added to products you already run.

Which US compliance requirements do you design for?

Inople designs US systems to meet the controls buyers check during vendor review: SOC 2-aligned access, logging and change management, the GLBA Safeguards Rule for financial data, PCI DSS for card data, CCPA/CPRA for California consumers, and NACHA rules for ACH flows. We describe these as design targets. Inople does not hold a SOC 2 report.

RequirementWhat it affects in the build
SOC 2 (Trust Services Criteria)Access control, audit logs, change management, incident response
GLBA Safeguards RuleEncryption, access limits and monitoring for customer financial data
PCI DSSCard data scope, tokenization, network segmentation
CCPA / CPRAData inventory, deletion and access requests, consent records
NACHA Operating RulesACH origination, returns handling, account validation
03

Does the CFPB open banking rule change what US fintechs should build?

Not in a binding way yet. In October 2025 a federal court in Kentucky barred the CFPB from enforcing its Section 1033 open banking rule while the Bureau rewrites it. Data sharing still runs through aggregators and bank APIs, so we build consumer data APIs on the FDX standard, which the CFPB recognized in January 2025.

04

How does an India-based team work with US time zones?

India Standard Time is 9.5 to 13.5 hours ahead of the continental US, depending on the time zone and daylight saving. Inople plans a shared window each day, usually the Indian evening against the US morning, for stand-ups, reviews and decisions. Work then continues while your team is offline, so feedback given in the morning is often addressed by the next day.

05

Do you build EV charging software for US charge point operators?

Yes. Inople builds OCPP charging backends, driver apps and operator dashboards with live telemetry, reservations, peak pricing and wallet billing. NEVI-funded stations must run OCPP 2.0.1, share data over OCPI 2.2.1 and keep port uptime above 97% under 23 CFR 680, so we design status logging and uptime reporting in from the start.

06

How do US engagements usually start?

Most US engagements start with an architecture review or a short discovery call with one of Inople’s three leaders. We look at the system, the constraints and the compliance expectations, then propose a scope. You talk to the people who would lead the work, not a sales team.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Inople SOC 2 certified?

We do not claim certifications we cannot show you. We design and document systems with SOC 2-aligned controls so your own audit and your customers’ vendor reviews go smoothly. Ask us for our current security documentation.

Can you work inside our cloud accounts and tooling?

Yes. We can work in your AWS, GCP or Azure accounts and your repositories, with access set up and revoked by your team.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We sign NDAs before detailed technical discussions. Every case study on this site is anonymized for the same reason.

Which industries do you know best?

Banking and fintech, EV charging, construction and manufacturing. Our leadership has delivered platforms in each of these, and our case studies cover all four.

Do you only build AI products?

No. Most of our work is core systems such as lending platforms, charging backends and ERPs. We add AI where it removes measurable manual work and say so when a plain rule would do.
