From first version to paying customers, without the rewrite.
Inople builds MVPs, SaaS platforms and AI products for startups and growing software companies. We scope the smallest version worth launching, ship it in short cycles, and design tenancy, billing and data so the product can grow. Our team has built its own AI products, including TargetGrid, so we know the founder side too.
How fast can you launch an MVP?
We plan MVPs to reach first users in weeks, not quarters, by cutting the product to the one workflow customers will pay for and building that first. The exact timeline depends on integrations, payments and how many user roles the product needs. We agree it in writing after a scoping call, before any build starts.
What do you build for AI startups?
For AI startups we build the product around the model: agents that call tools through the Model Context Protocol, retrieval over private documents, document OCR, and the dashboards, billing and permissions a paying customer expects. Our own platform, TargetGrid, runs research and outreach agents on MCP, with a person approving what goes out.
- AI sales agents
- TargetGrid researches prospects, verifies details and runs outreach, with Stripe and Razorpay billing.
- Browser extensions
- One-click contact extraction, email verification and sync to Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Email infrastructure
- Automated domain warmup so new sending domains reach the inbox.
- Document AI
- Receipt photos turned into line items, tax and totals, exported to accounting tools.
How do you build SaaS that will not need a rewrite?
We design the parts that are expensive to change before the first screen: tenancy, roles, billing, audit logs and the data model. Features then arrive in small releases on top of that base. We use common, well-supported stacks such as React, Python, PostgreSQL and Flutter, so your next hires can work on the code without a long handover.
Can you help with the business side as well?
Yes. Our startup advisory covers the business model, unit economics, MVP scope, pitch decks and, for India-registered companies, grant applications. Founders can use it on its own or alongside the build. When the same team advises and builds, the product that gets scoped is one we already know how to deliver.

Who owns the code?
You do. The code, data and cloud accounts are yours, so you can bring development in-house or switch partners without starting over.
Do you work with non-technical founders?
Yes. We translate the business idea into a scoped first version, explain the trade-offs in plain language, and show working software regularly so you can make decisions on what you see.
Can you take over an existing codebase?
Yes. We start with a short review of the code and infrastructure, tell you what is worth keeping, and then extend, stabilize or rebuild the parts that are holding the product back.
Which payment providers have you integrated?
Stripe and Razorpay for subscriptions and checkout, plus direct bank APIs where a product needs them.
