The problem
A construction firm was losing money to untracked fuel, missing inventory and decisions made over chat apps.
What we built
A job-site ERP covering work orders and approvals, fleet and fuel tracking, multi-site inventory and site AP/AR.
Site teams work on phones, often with poor connectivity, so the ERP was built mobile-first. Every fuel issue, material movement and work order approval is recorded against a site and a person, which makes leakage visible and gives head office a live view of each site.
