The problem

A charge point operator needed one platform to run mixed charger hardware, watch its health live and bill sessions dynamically.

What we built

A driver app and operator CRM on the Open Charge Point Protocol, with live telemetry, remote diagnostics, reservations, peak and off-peak pricing and wallet billing.

Drivers use the app to find chargers on a live map, reserve a slot, start a session and watch it in real time. Billing runs from a prepaid wallet with peak and off-peak tariffs, and the platform ends a session automatically when the driver’s limit or balance is reached.

Operators get a CRM with live charger status from OCPP telemetry, fault alerts and remote diagnostics, so operators can see and diagnose a faulty charger without sending someone to site.
